We are proud to announce the new double DVD of events that went on during the 2007 Sesquicentennial Celebration. This DVD include all of the events on Saturday and a double DVD Sunday of the Sesquicentennial celebration are for sale, now. Get your copy for the Christmas season. These new DVD will be marketed thru Lighthouse Televisual. Please either e-mail or get your copy in the local businesses in Mason City. You can either just buy Saturday events double DVD for $20. It includes the parade, events in the park and some events that took place in our community this past 2007. You can also buy the Sunday Celebration at the High School. It also sells for $20 or you can buy both DVD sets together for $40.

July 18th and 19th, 2008, we videoed the Original Redneck Fishing Tournament in Bath, IL. Even though the weather was extremely warm, there were some nice Asaian Carp caught. The Photo Gallery of the weekend is now on the website. Go to Redneck Fishing photos. Anyone who has photos from this event, you are welcome to scan me and copy to my email and I will get it on the website. We are looking for more Sesquicentennials of communities in Illinois to make DVD's for their history and videoing actual event. We have done three Sesquicentennial events. In a couple of them, we did a historical double DVD of various photos from people of the community and included on a 2 hour DVD. It can include photos, slides, 8mm and/or VHS. We work with the committee to what they would be looking for and include suggestions from experiences from previous Sesquicentennial we have worked on.
